Payment & timing

Payment happens after we review your brief, with timing agreed upfront.

Fixed packs (Lite, usability, and the Play closed-testing tiers) check out instantly so testers can start fast. Custom scope and Lab sessions are quoted first, with no charge before we agree scope. One guarantee we do make, in writing: on Play closed-testing packs your track never falls below 12 — same-day seat refills, and a free rerun if your 14-day clock resets because of our tester attrition.

Before payment

You send a brief first. We confirm cohort fit, timeline, and acceptance criteria before sending a Flutterwave payment link or invoice. Nothing is charged until you and we agree on the scope.

  • No automatic charge on order submission
  • No payment link if the scope is unsuitable
  • We'll confirm timing in writing before you book

Play Store pack

We route the accepted 12-tester Play Store cohort and keep you updated as it fills. The closed test itself runs the full 14 days Google requires; if anything slows down, we tell you early rather than going quiet.

  • Same-day seat refills — your track never falls below 12
  • Google approval is decided by Google, not by us
  • We flag delays as soon as we see them

Usability reports

For the accepted 8-tester usability scope, we line up real Nigerians and deliver an AI-summarised report. We'll confirm expected timing when you book, and keep you posted if a tester needs replacing.

  • Scope must match the accepted brief
  • Reports cover decisions and friction points, not just raw clips
  • We talk to you early if scope or timing needs to change

AI-data pilots

AI-data work is quote-first. The signed or approved scope defines milestones, rejection thresholds, data replacement, and buyer acceptance rules before anyone starts.

  • Licence and QC rules agreed before work starts
  • Rejected data can be replaced if within agreed defect thresholds
  • Custom scope terms override fixed-pack defaults

What's outside our control

Some things genuinely aren't on us: working product access has to come from you, and we can't promise outcomes that depend on third parties. We're upfront about those limits before you pay.

  • Buyer must provide working product access
  • Unsafe or illegal briefs are rejected
  • Third-party outcomes (e.g. Google approval) are not ours to promise

The binding refund rules (from our Terms §7)

Plain talk is our style, but you also deserve the hard rules in one place. These are the same rules in our Terms of Service — they're what actually applies.

  • Fixed packs are non-refundable once tester assignment begins
  • If we can't field the full pack within the stated SLA (compliance pack: 5 business days; usability report: 7 business days from brief acceptance), you get a 100% refund
  • Custom-scope engagements: refundable within 30 days if delivery cannot be met
  • Once a tester submission is approved, that portion of the order is non-refundable

If something goes wrong

If a test doesn't go to plan, talk to us. We're a small Nigerian team and we'd rather sort it out directly than hide behind fine print. Email us with the details and we'll work it out with you.

  • Email [email protected] with your order email
  • Include the pack, payment reference, and what happened
  • We target a human reply within 24 hours

Plain talk

We don't make promises we can't keep. The one guarantee we do make is on Play closed-testing tracks: never below 12 testers, same-day refills, free rerun if a reset is our fault. Everything else we agree in timing and scope upfront, and we keep talking if anything changes.

Why brief review matters

It avoids charging buyers for impossible demographics, unrealistic timelines, unsupported markets, or AI-data rights we cannot collect cleanly.

Want clarity before paying?

Ask for the timing and acceptance criteria in writing before payment. We prefer slower trust over fast bad sales.
