There is no external status vendor yet. Material incidents are logged internally and emailed to affected customers.
For larger or regulated engagements
9jatesters is live and taking paid work. Larger or regulated engagements can request the managed-hosting roadmap, backup posture, DPA, and vendor questionnaire before high-volume production work begins.
Incident updates
We do not run a third-party public status vendor yet. If a material outage or confirmed security incident affects customer data, updates go by email to affected accounts and are tracked internally for post-incident review.
