You brief us
Send the app, the audience (state, age, device, language), and what you want to learn. Packs run ₦30,000 to ₦320,000 — same brief format for all of them. If the flows you care about sit behind a login, we will need test accounts from you: that is the one dependency that stalls a cohort, so send them with the brief. We come back with a tester list, any clarifying questions, and confirmed timing.

Each tester is matched to your criteria and active on the Nigerian network you're testing — real phones, real networks, no emulators, no VPNs, no synthetic personas. You see only first name + state + device on the delivered report.

They record on their phone
Tecno, Infinix, Samsung, or iPhone — whichever they actually use. Browser-based screen + audio recording with Pidgin / Yoruba / Igbo / Hausa narration as needed. Full session typically 15-45 minutes depending on brief.

Gemini transcribes + summarises
Each submitted recording is transcribed by Google Gemini, then summarised into a friction-point report with sentiment, quotes, and concrete recommendations. You can re-run summarisation if a session needs different angles.

You approve, we pay testers
Review each session, approve or reject with a written reason. On approval the tester's earnings credit their balance instantly, and withdrawals are paid to their verified Nigerian bank account in 3 to 5 business days — with the withholding tax we remit to FIRS covered on top, so their pay is never docked. You get the branded PDF report for your team / Play Console / investors.
